His interest sparked while caring for pediatric burn patients, leading him to explore the possibilities of medical aesthetics. From level one trauma centers to outpatient surgical centers, Dr. Ratcliff collaborated with dermatologists and plastic surgeons, witnessing the transformative impact of aesthetic procedures like Botox, CO2 laser resurfacing, and injectables. Committed to patient safety, risk management, and ethical standards, his approach emphasizes enhancing patient well-being.
